By using HOT PLAYER 4K you accept these terms.

The app is a player only

HOT PLAYER 4K does not provide any content. It plays playlists (Xtream Codes or M3U) that you add from your own provider. You are responsible for having the right to watch the content in your playlists. Do not use the app with content you are not allowed to access.

Free trial and license

• New devices get a free trial of 7 days with all features.
• After the trial, a lifetime license (€9) unlocks the app on one device.
• "Lifetime" means for as long as the app and its license service are offered.
• A license is linked to one device at a time. If you change your device, contact support to move it.
• Trying to bypass the trial or the license is not allowed.

Payment and refunds

Payment is made through the method shown by support (and later through the app stores). For refund requests, contact support; requests are handled fairly and as required by law. A refunded license is cancelled.

Availability

We work to keep the app and the license service running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. Problems with your provider's streams, internet connection or device are outside our control.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss caused by using the app or by content from third-party providers. Our total responsibility is limited to the price you paid for the license.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the new version will be in the app with a new date. Questions: use the WhatsApp support button in the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
